ATS One Hamlet on Noida Expressway is at 4250 Down payment/ 5000 CLP for 2900 sft.apartment &;delivery;is in March 2013. Is this option better or the ones in 3C Lotus Espacia (2560sft @ 4200CLP) or Panache @% & 3700) in the nearby locations. Any take on these ratesand choice of better option

Today the size of a 1636 sq ft size now stands increased to 1759 sq ft, 2000 stands at 2150 sq ft and 2900 sq ft stands at 3150 sq ft with the price band ranging from 7000-9000 per sq ft.People who had mentioned in the past that is has peaked have been proved wrong by ATS and by the time of possession the prices are expected to rise by another 20%. Really. I am a big fan of Ats I wud suggest you to go for ATS because of their superb Construction quality ; timely delivery and also the reputation of the builder . I wud say the best part abt ATS is they have already delivered a project on expressway and it has become a landmark of Expressway in sec 93 . Jainni Singh

3C would be a good option as on today. I visited their site office and I feel they are really pushing hard to prove themselves. ATS is great but my budget is 75 lacs and ATS has nothing for me anymore.

Hi, i have booking in Lotus panache, though the prices have increased, on the contrary the layout is a concern for many buyers, the carpet area is too less (even in a 1415sqft flat) one should consider it from investment point of view.

panache is best option among given 3 you can go for panache island.market with in a close proximity,best site layout wid good floor plan.

Anshuman Singh ATS Greens is currently at a resale of 7500/sq feet, I would love to be a part of this exotic place but I feel it is not worth the money anymore based on which ATS Hamlet is already overpriced so I would disagree with you.

Jitendra Kumar Lotus Boulevard trades at Rs 5500 per sq ft onwards and Panache Rs 5200 per sq ft and mind you these are still under construction prices with the ready to move in price in Lotus Boulevard touching 7,500 already so clearly there is a big gap to be bridged and there is still a big scope for investors.
