Pragati Resorts is well known and well maintained resort club in Hyderabad. Recently resort is taken on lease by ITC Welcome group to provide world class facilities. If you own a plot in any one of the three ventures of Pragati Resorts you will become a proud member of the club. This is an ideal place to have a weekend house or farm house. Prices are different in three phases of Pragati Resorts. Minimun price per sqyd is 2000/- in third venture which is called Green Heights, 2500/- in Green Valley, the second phase, and well developed resort area which is called Green Meadows plots cost more i.e. 4000/- per sqyd. All these plots are owned by NRIs so if anybody interested they can make payment in USA. There is no problem with the title.
