Gera’s Emerald City, Kharadi in on similar lines with Gera’s Emerald City Baner, which was India’s first ChildCentric TM project.
Emerald city is designed keeping children in mind.
We have emphasized on 4 different aspects, which are

3. Fun for the child and
4. Convenience for the child

Each of the above factors has been incorporated in designing the project.

2. Amphitheatre to promote theater and other performing arts
3. Telescope on the terrace
4. Rounded corners
5. Child safe switches
6. Earth leakage circuit breakers
7. increased railing heights
8. Matt flooring in bathrooms to prevent slipping.
9. elevator doors with extra sensors at low level for toddlers
10. Separate play areas away from the traffic zone.
11. Roller skating space.
12. Colored walls in the children bedroom
13. Gurukul areas
14. bathroom locks accessible from outside
15. Low- level benches for smaller kids and many more such details.
