Structure : RCC framed structure.

Walls : Standard bricks in cement mortar (all external wall in 9” and internal walls in 41/2” thickness).

Finishing : Sponge finishing in cement mortar for exterior and smooth finish for interior surfaces.

Painting : Plastic emulsion for internal walls and exterior quality paint for external walls.

Doors : All door frames in teak wood main door shutter in teak with polish and remaining door shutters are veneer flush shutters

Windows : Teak wood frame & shutters with enamel paint along with MS safety grills & glass panel

Flooring : Marble flooring in all areas except kitchen & bathrooms which shall have anti ceramic tile flooring.

Kitchen : Polished granite cooking platform with stainless steel sink, ceramic tile dado up to 2 feet above platform

Toilets : Anti-skid ceramic tile flooring & ceramic tile dado up to 6 feet. Concealed plumbing with quality CP fittings

Electrical : Concealed copper wiring, power & fan points. Wiring of finolex or equivalent make, electrical switches will be anchor roma or equivalent make.

Water Supply : Water supply through bore well and overhead tank.
